We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Barista and Mixologist to join our team at Kerry Group Plc. As a key member of our UK Foodservice sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers with compelling beverage menu ideas that drive demand for our Davinci Gourmet beverage brand.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the commercial team to target strategic growth customers and create demand for the Davinci Gourmet brand using coffee and menu development expertise.
- Contribute to our proactive innovation strategy with application insights and support the development of menu applications.
- Input into the Davinci Gourmet brand renovation, including benchmarking and sensory analysis.
- Develop strong strategic relationships with key customer roles R&D, operations, and Baristas.
- Build a strategic Barista community internally and externally with key suppliers to support the growth of the Davinci brand.
- Accredited Culinary Arts, food and beverage Certification or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Barista and Mixologist in the coffee and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of customer business models and needs, as well as our Davinci Gourmet brand and technology portfolio.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to building customer engagement and identifying opportunities for menu development and growth.
