Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Advisor to join our Enverus team focused on RatedPower, a cloud-based software that automates and optimizes the feasibility study, analysis, design, and engineering of solar power plants internationally. As a Technical Advisor, you will provide product expertise and engineering insights to customers, optimize client designs for better results, and partner with the Sales team to boost RatedPower's expansion in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class product expertise and engineering insights to customers via conference calls and other communication channels.
  • Optimize client designs for better and more realistic results, maximizing the value that the product delivers.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to both current and potential clients on the use and benefits of RatedPower.
  • Mentor fellow coworkers on best practices and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
  • Partner with the Sales team to drive RatedPower's expansion in North America and retain our current client-base in the market.
  • Attend industry events and collaborate with the Marketing team to generate content, including webinars, to promote RatedPower and Enverus.
  • Evaluate and improve client tutorials and other communication infrastructure to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to ideate potential solutions and improvements for RatedPower.
  • Assist the Quality Assurance team to ensure the product is working as expected during the launch of new features.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably with a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or Energy Engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English (C2 level).
  • Knowledge in the design and development of solar PV plants.
  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Solar/Renewable Energy.
  • Knowledge of the Solar PV market.
  • Work experience in solar PV.
  • Passion for finding the best solution to customer questions and issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mind with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong work ethic, team player, and eagerness to learn.
  • Sociable, curious, open-minded, and creative.
