Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Process Automation Specialist to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our Transformation of Industry Business unit, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and process automation across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Identification and Automation
Identify opportunities for process automation and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Process Improvement and HarmonizationWork closely with our business teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies for harmonization.
Automation Solution DevelopmentDevelop and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath and other tools.
Integration and TestingIntegrate automation solutions into our current IT landscape and perform thorough testing to ensure seamless operation.
Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA, with a strong focus on UiPath.
Software Development ExperienceExperience in software development using C#/.Net and other relevant technologies.
Application Development and IntegrationExperience in application development using Mendix, IDP, and Microsoft Graph API.
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsAbility to analyze complex processes and develop creative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Excellent Communication and Collaboration SkillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.
