Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Finance Trainee to join our team. As a Finance Trainee, you will play a critical role in supporting our day-to-day financial transactions, including banking, expenses, and taxes. You will have the opportunity to work with our experienced finance team and gain valuable experience in financial analysis, accounting, and budgeting.
Responsibilities- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Prepare and review accounting journal entries, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Track and reconcile bank statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Record accounts payable and process invoices, ensuring timely payment to suppliers and partners.
- Provide support in taxes settlement and payment, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning, providing analytical support to the finance team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience in financial modeling and analysis.
- Knowledge of accounting software programs, such as Navision and Power BI, is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of English and Spanish language proficiency.
