We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Architect to join our team at Lonza. As a key member of our IT Infrastructure Security team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure infrastructure solutions to protect our global network and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure infrastructure solutions, including network, virtualization, and system hardening.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation efforts to ensure the security and integrity of our infrastructure.
- Drive security culture and awareness within the IT Infrastructure team.
- Support IT Security related Infrastructure services and identify potential improvements.
- Ensure regulatory security and data protection requirements are fulfilled on the infrastructure level, including GxP and GDPR.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Security or equivalent work- or education-related experience.
- Minimum of 4 years in Information Technology, with a minimum of 1-year in Information Security. Track record of participating in security projects and being the security SME for IT projects.
- Professional security management certification, such as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), relevant vendor and industry certifications.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Payment Card Industry/Data Security Standard.
- Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, including ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT and ones from NIST.
