Job Opportunity: DISCOVER II 2024 Occupational Risk Prevention

Airbus is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist. This role is part of our Graduate Program in Spain, offering a unique opportunity to develop your professional career in the aeronautical sector.

The selected candidate will have the chance to participate in a comprehensive training program, including a Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, and an 11-month internship in our Occupational Risk Prevention department. During this time, you will gain hands-on experience in risk assessments, safety inspections, and accident investigations.

As an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and stakeholders. You will work closely with our team to identify and mitigate potential risks, and develop strategies to prevent accidents and injuries.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong academic background in Occupational Risk Prevention, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. You will also need to be proficient in English (C1 level) and have a good understanding of health and safety principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections to identify potential hazards
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL)
  • General knowledge of health and safety principles
  • Advanced level of English (C1 level)
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
