We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Start-up Manager to join our team at Resourcing Life Science. As a Clinical Start-up Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams globally for assigned studies in the start-up phase.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practices, investigator integrity, and compliance with all study procedures.
- Monitor study timelines, patient recruitment, and budget at the start-up phase.
- Participate in bid defence, client, investigator, and team meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in a life science.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Start-up Manager within a Contract Research Organization (CRO).
- Experience in commercial studies in the start-up stage.
- Experience in clinical studies phase II-III.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full-time employment: 1.0 FTE.
