About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of our cutting-edge products. As a Full Stack Developer at Grid, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our technology stack and processes.
Responsibilities
- Own the front and backend development roadmap, driving innovation and excellence in our products.
- Develop, maintain, and continually improve our front and back-end web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Lead on API integrations with third-party providers, including other financial services, to enhance our offerings.
- Implement best practices in testing and DevOps, ensuring the highest quality and reliability of our products.
- Manage workflows with backend teams to integrate UI components with APIs and databases, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Write comprehensive documentation to support knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Maintain our open-source codebases on GitHub, working closely with the team to ensure consistency and quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members to establish effective workflows and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of our applications.
- Identify bottlenecks and defects, devising solutions to address and mitigate them, and ensuring the highest level of code quality and organization.
- Provide technical leadership and management to support the team, driving innovation and excellence in software delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience working in Full Stack / Web Development, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality products.
- Experience building robust software systems, including reusability, logging, monitoring, and testing.
- Experience creating continuous integration and release workflows, ensuring seamless deployment and maintenance.
- Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously, with a strong ability to manage projects and execute software delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and management to support the team.
- Preferable experience with technologies similar to Node.Js, React, Bootstrap, Svelte, AWS, Lambda, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Git, GitLab pipeline, etc.
- Cloud know-how (Google, AWS).
- Native level spoken and written English.
