As a Digital Marketing Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our social media marketing efforts and contributing to the development of our digital marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in monitoring and engaging with our brand and group level social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Support the creation and implementation of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and insights that inform our social media content strategy.
- Collaborate with the social media marketing team to develop and implement content calendars and posting schedules.
- Assist in the creation and optimization of blog posts and other digital content to share with our social media followers.
- Support the launch and management of paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Track and analyze data across social media channels to inform future marketing efforts.
- Enrolled in a school program (bachelor's or master's degree) in a relevant field (marketing, communications, or a related field).
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional European language a plus).
- Passionate about and experienced with social media platforms.
- Strong communication and social skills.
- Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Capable of working under pressure, independently, and meeting deadlines.
