Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our IT Corporate team at SGS. As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in enhancing business processes and systems, collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Understand business needs and translate them into well-documented requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and systems
- Develop high-level and detailed functional designs, define acceptance criteria, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Analyze and document applications and business requirements, create epics and user stories
- Support deployment and rollout plans
- Contribute to demand management by analyzing business requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Computer Science
- Experience managing requirements through the entire life cycle
- Proficiency in business analysis frameworks and techniques
