About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Trade and Brand Manager to join our Marketing Department at Coty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing and trade plans to drive business growth and achieve brand targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and trade plans to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trade marketing, merchandising, supply and demand, and co-packing, to ensure seamless execution of plans.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, and supply chain teams.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing and trade performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in trade and brand management, preferably in the luxury beauty industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Strong business acumen, with understanding of marketing and trade principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
