About the Role

The Content Strategy & Editorial Lead is a key position in Vodafone Business's central marketing campaigns team, responsible for overseeing our B2B global digital content programmes. This role requires a conductor who can orchestrate functional teams and creative shared services around a family of content topics and themes delivered through campaign activations and compelling digital moments throughout a B2B buyer's journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to temporally plan, build, and activate compelling digital content experiences throughout a B2B buyer's journey.
  • Own the management of marketing's digital content editorial calendars, which includes blog, social media, email newsletter, and webinars.
  • Align all digital content initiatives to agreed topics and themes, and to our target audience personas information and format preferences.
  • Coordinate content creators, designers, speakers, and subject matter experts to ensure the timely delivery and editorial of content.
  • Utilise the campaigns teams' centre of excellence for Agile Scrum project management capabilities.
  • Ensure published digital content is written and stylised with the guidance of Vodafone Business's tone of voice.
  • Complete all checks on copy, images, metadata, and tagging before content is published.
  • Facilitate and drive new subscriber and contact growth for Vodafone Business's newsletter and webinar programmes.
  • Establish a content measurement framework and analyse results against success criteria to guide future content decisions.
