Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Application Specialist II to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Technical Application Specialist II, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific Chemical product lines and services
- Answer customer technical inquiries via various channels
- Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in our CRM system
- Participate in frequent trainings on products and continue education on new applications and technologies
- Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ, and technical information
- Participate in additional special team or individual projects
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a similar field
- 1-5 years of laboratory experience
- Effective communication, both written and oral
- Customer centricity
- Proficient in English and French
