We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Expert to join our Third-Party Risk Management team at Allianz Popular Sl. As a Senior Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of third-party risks across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex risk queries, providing support and guidance to stakeholders.
- Cover new risk domains and ensure up-to-date and effective support to ensure the efficient implementation of our Third-Party Risk Management Policy.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of the policy across Allianz Group and assigned entities.
- Perform Third-Party Risk Management/Outsourcing Maturity Assessments, including alignment with Risk, Data Privacy, Legal, and Security.
- Contribute to and follow up on internal and external audits regarding Third-Party Risk Management.
- Prepare Third-Party Vendor management-related reports and dashboards, and report to senior management.
- Ensure the Third-Party Risk Management/Outsourcing inventory of all third-party/outsourcing agreements and key supporting documentation is managed and adequately in place.
- Plan and facilitate the completion of all Risk and Control Assessments (RCA) for TPMR Service Providers across the TPRM/Outsourcing Lifecycle.
- Own the System of Governance control for the TPRM/Outsourcing Function.
- Manage the Quality Assurance process over third-party RCA, control documentation, and testing results; ensure adequate reporting.
- Contribute to the publication of the annual TPRM/Outsourcing Assurance Reports for Allianz Technology senior management and its customers.
- 4-6 years of professional experience in Third-Party Risk Management or outsourcing, Contract Management, Vendor Management, or Procurement.
- Experience in different areas of risk management will also be considered: operational risk, IT risk, project risk, outsourcing/vendor risk, business risk.
- University degree in Engineering, Legal, Business, Economics, or similar fields required.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to adapt to change and manage goals in hypothetical situations with unclear formal structure.
- Proactive initiative to perform research and find solutions/recommendations to issues or problems.
- Ability to develop and execute plans to deliver quality results on time.
- Team player with the ability to work individually and in virtual international teams, share information, and support colleagues.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure, and open to new learning opportunities.
- Strong communication and conflict management skills.
- Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functional groups.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of ORGS/Open Pages, ServiceNow is a plus.
