Nurse Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at Granada Rehabilitation & Wellness Center, LP. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

• Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and education to nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, facility policies, and procedures.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or an approved RN or LVN program.
• License: Current nursing license, in good standing with the State licensing board.
• Experience: Experience in a long-term care setting, preferred.
• Skills: Strong qualities of leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
