QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of **2 years** of consulting experience in Payments and/or FinTech is essential; preference will be given to candidates with consulting backgrounds.
- If lacking consulting experience, a minimum of **3 years** of industry experience is required, with **4-6 years** strongly preferred in Payments.
- A robust understanding of the payments landscape and the broader financial services sector is necessary.
- A **Bachelor's Degree** is required, with an advanced degree being advantageous.
- Fluency in **English** is mandatory.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative global team environment.

In your capacity as a **Lead Knowledge Analyst**, you will work alongside global topic leaders and colleagues throughout BCG, leveraging expertise and capabilities to serve our clients effectively. Our team comprises a diverse range of knowledge professionals, allowing for exciting and innovative career opportunities.
The **Knowledge Team (KT)** consists of functional and industry specialists who utilize their deep domain expertise to provide insights for case teams and clients. KT members are closely aligned with BCG Practice Areas, actively contributing to the strategic agenda and developing cutting-edge intellectual property, data tools, and assets to deliver impactful insights.
Members of the Knowledge Team have the opportunity to engage in case work, co-creating insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivering proprietary data or tools, and conducting complex market research and analysis. KT members also play a vital role in supporting business development and proposals while organizing and codifying knowledge that empowers BCG to deliver exceptional value to its clients.
