About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled.Net professional to join our team at ThoughtWorks. As a Senior.Net Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing large-scale distributed systems using microservices architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality software using continuous delivery practices to deliver value to end customers as early as possible.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative customer experiences for our clients.
- Develop large-scale distributed systems using microservices architecture.
- Apply the latest technology thinking to solve client problems.
- Utilize DevOps tools and practices to build and deploy software.
- Lead or participate in the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery from ideation to deployment.
- Mentor less-experienced peers through technical knowledge and leadership skills.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Substantial experience with.Net.
- Previous experience in developing complex software applications.
- Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code and be comfortable with Object-Oriented programming.
- Presence in the external tech community, sharing expertise through speaking engagements, open source contributions, and blogging.
- Comfortability with Agile methods, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, and/or Kanban.
- Ability to influence others and advocate for technical excellence while being open to change.
- Resilience in ambiguous situations and ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud technology.
