Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and moderate user-generated content in accordance with company policies and standards
  • Identify and manage offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Respond promptly and effectively to user inquiries, complaints, and reports related to content moderation
  • Collaborate with clients to create strategies and guidelines for maintaining a secure and positive online environment
  • Stay informed about industry trends, policies, and best practices in content moderation
  • Provide regular updates on content moderation activities and performance metrics
  • Assist in training new team members to ensure a consistent approach to content moderation

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in content moderation or a related field
  • Understanding of current online trends and user behavior
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to make swift decisions
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
