Key Responsibilities:- Support PMD processes in Ariba and SAP, including onboarding new suppliers, qualifying suppliers, and updating prices.
- Assist in contract management and creation/maintenance of business-relevant KPIs/reports.
- Contribute to sourcing processes in Ariba, including request for quotations, e-auctions, and quote analysis.
- Drive and optimize internal procurement processes.
- Conduct supplier and/or technology screenings.
- Possess a degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.
- Have completed relevant internships or working student positions.
- Be proficient in MS Office, with a focus on Excel, report, presentation, and datasheet creation.
- Exhibit high motivation, self-drive, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Display well-structured communication and coordination skills.
- Hold excellent business fluency in English, with Spanish or German a plus.
