**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Release Management team and drive the growth and evolution of Developer Productivity Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the definition, prioritization, and management of the team's backlog, as well as providing a satisfying developer experience that allows developers to enhance their efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide product development internal tooling and technical processes
- Manage Jenkins CI system used company-wide for both product/project-specific development
- Manage the product release process
- Manage GitLAB hosting (SaaS) used for code hosting and collaboration
- Manage the Issue tracker used for product development
- Manage/running several internal production and/or testing servers (Ubuntu LTS on AWS)
**Requirements**
- MS in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Telecommunications
- 1+ years experience in team lead position
- 5+ years experience in release management and/or managing CI systems (preferably Jenkins)
- 5+ years experience in Linux System Administration (Ubuntu Linux or similar)
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Tomcat, Apache2
- Experience with scripting (bash, python) is a plus
- Experience with Ansible is a plus
- Experience managing GitLab is a plus
- Experience with AWS Cloud is a plus
- Experience in designing technical solutions in coordination with other teams/departments
- Good written and oral communication skills in English is a must
- Analytical thinking & detail-oriented
- Initiative, flexibility, and adaptability
