About the Role
Danone is seeking a highly skilled R&I Process Senior Manager to join our team. As a leading food and beverage company, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for new users in R&I and other relevant areas.
- Collaborate with R&I and regulatory teams to identify and propose optimal definitions for products and ingredients.
- Work with UX and IDDC to establish detailed validation plans for every new recipe.
- Validate pilot trial designs, ensure successful execution, and develop robust alternatives that can be easily scaled up for industrial production.
- Drive team growth by integrating and leveraging all knowledge gained during validation and implementation phases to continuously optimize processes and enhance efficiency in handling new cases.
- Establish connections and ensure alignment within the EU R&I community, including IDDC, UX, and AT.
- Ensure freedom to operate for the proposed new solutions.
- Safeguard new developments through patents and trade secrets protection.
About You
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with:
- Education: Food technology background, especially at milk cracking.
- Experience: More than 5 years in the food industry and leading high expertise teams.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Skills: Collaboration, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Availability to travel between 40% to 50% of the time.
