Senior Site Reliability Engineer

OLX is seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our GenAI Center in Barcelona. As a key member of our SRE organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, high-availability, deployment, and performance of our GenAI platform.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with our development team to design, implement, and operate scalable and highly available systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to incident response and postmortem activities.
  • Work closely with our GenAI team to validate and develop reusable GenAI services and functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Experience with MLOps and proficiency in Python and modern programming languages.
  • Understanding of containers and container orchestration, such as Kubernetes.
  • Proven hands-on experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong skills in fixing and debugging systems and networks.
  • Technical understanding and hands-on experience with performance, reliability, observability, and incident management tools and methodologies.
