Job Description

At Turner & Townsend, we're passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a Senior Cost Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients with complex data center construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present cost plans, including estimates and feasibility studies.
  • Manage procurement processes, including bid analysis and contract documentation.
  • Lead cost management teams and provide input on value engineering and final accounts.
  • Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants throughout project stages.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in cost estimation and management.
  • Experience in data center construction, preferably with high-tech projects.
  • Spanish language skills are advantageous.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and systems.
