Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Financial Systems Specialist to join our Finance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our global financial systems, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Systems Implementation
    • Lead the implementation of SAP4HANA, focusing on the FI module, across our global subsidiaries.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, extract data, and configure the system.
  • Data Management
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the implementation process.
    • Develop and maintain data extraction, loading, and verification processes.
  • Training and Support
    • Provide training and support to subsidiaries on-site during the implementation of the new system.
    • Develop and maintain procedure manuals to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Accounting and Audits
    • Review monthly and annual closings of assigned subsidiaries.
    • Support with accounting issues and assist with various tasks in the central department.
    • Coordinate and validate audits for various group subsidiaries.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position (accounting with SAP, tax preparation and filing).
  • Previous experience with SAP FI and SAP FI rollout.
  • English: minimum C1 level.
  • Availability to travel 3 times a year / approximately 2 weeks per trip.
