The Mission of this Role
As a Sap Solution Architect, you will lead the scoping, design, and implementation of Sap Hana solutions that support business growth. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that the architecture of the solutions designed meets business requirements, is scalable, and follows industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and the rest of the Business Technology team to gather and analyze their requirements.
- Mentor and assist Business Process Owners and Key Users in identifying business opportunities and process improvements across Sap systems, providing guidance and Sap training where necessary.
- Develop solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and meet industry best practices, in accordance with IT standards and security policies.
- Participate in the development and execution of the Business Technology roadmap and provide thought leadership in the area of Sap S/4 Hana solutions.
- Stay current with new Sap S/4 Hana releases and features and provide recommendations for upgrades and enhancements to existing solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with design and implementation of Sap S/4 Hana solutions in a multi-disciplinary environment. Internal/external advisory/consulting experience is highly valued.
- Expert in Sap architecture and connections between CRM, ERP, Analytics data elements, and APIs.
- Extensive knowledge in Sap Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Ability to validate and produce high-quality deliverables (business requirements, process maps, SOPs, test plans).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Structured and organized mindset. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Languages: Spanish and English (German is a plus).
