Service Desk Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Service Desk professional to join our team in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and IT solutions to Danish-speaking users facing computer-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems and software
Requirements:
  • High level of Danish proficiency
  • Fluency in English
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Willingness to develop in a professional and multilingual environment
