About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our Personal Voice Assistant software used by millions of users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on quality assurance and product testing
  • Investigating and scoping out software bugs
  • Developing tools and metrics to help triage software issues and track KPIs
  • Resolving key quality issues

Requirements

  • Native knowledge and familiarity with French (from Switzerland)
  • Knowledge about E2E testing and SDLC
  • Flexibility to respond and react to changing priorities quickly and efficiently
  • Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of QA software testing
  • Easiness with learning about new technologies, software, platforms...

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfortable working in a Mac environment and experience with Xcode
  • Experience with web services development
  • Familiarity with debugging iOS
  • Experience with GIT or other version control systems
  • Experience with client-server environments
  • Drive for innovation
  • Experience developing test cases and planning a test route
