Job Description

We are seeking a Program Manager Intern to assist in the management and execution of key programs within our organization. As an intern on the Program Management team, you will be involved in coordinating and working alongside various cross-functional teams to support achieving strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support production plans by assisting in defining and refining production plans, contributing to overall program strategy.
  • Help develop budgets and operational plans for assigned programs.
  • Aid in evaluating program performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates on program status to stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Assist in analyzing risks associated with program execution and propose mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
