Hostel Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Onefam Hostels in Madrid, Spain. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm welcome to our guests.
• Manage reservations, check-in, and check-out processes efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with the cleaning and maintenance team to maintain the facilities.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Assist in organizing events and activities for guests.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector.
• High level of English and Spanish language skills.
• Ability to work in a team and in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation management systems.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
