**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fluids and Mechanical Engineer Leader to join our team at Michelin. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of fluids and mechanical systems for our products.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Consolidate opportunity studies (scope, costs, and schedule) to ensure the optimization of specifications.
- Lead the feasibility study (description, costs, and planning) to organize and consolidate internal or external deliverables.
- Organize, pilot, and control the activities of the team throughout the project.
- Report to the Domain Manager and the Project Manager.
- Write consultation files and research, select, and choose service providers for the studies and construction phases.
- Deliver a Basic Design file (detailed design) and follow, validate, and receive outsourced services.
- Guarantee the follow-up of evolutions by instructing requests for modifications.
- Transmit an estimate and a consolidated schedule, and provide an updated risk analysis.
- Pilot the construction of buildings and utilities in respect of commitments regarding costs, delays, quality.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and ensure the quality of the works carried out, the schedule, and the budget.
- Pilot the contracts of the Companies in collaboration with the purchases.
- Ensure compliance of infrastructures for process teams.
- Manage Customer modifications and External Company complaints.
- Ensure the organization of the procedures for commissioning and the reception of works and equipment.
- Draw up the end-of-case report, present the end-of-project analysis, and capitalize on the transaction.
- Archive all documents.
- Ensure continuous progress in the business (technical specifications, tools, and calculation notes).
