As a Senior Project Manager for Healthcare Software, you will oversee the delivery of complex projects for our EMEA Payer, Provider, and Government clients. Your responsibilities will include creating and validating project scopes, plans, and schedules, as well as defining metrics for project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and validation of project scopes, plans, and schedules for complex projects
  • Help define metrics for project success
  • Select and apply standards for delivery process, roles, and responsibilities, operational norms, and compliance
  • Identify risks to program success and recommend mitigation plans to management
  • Manage project delivery process, scope, and costs of complex product development projects with limited supervision
  • Drive completion of the project and mentor other team members
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders to build support and ensure alignment for project outcomes
  • Drive change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization, and contributing to development of training
  • Evaluate project results against success metrics and create or reengineer processes and resources to improve productivity and end product
Qualifications
  • Industry-recognised qualifications preferred
  • Good track record of project management of healthcare software deployment
  • Advanced project management education and experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good judgment
  • Ability to work with minimal direction
  • Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
