About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our Digital team in Munich/Berlin/Barcelona. As a key member of our cross-functional product team, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-centered products that drive climate action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process, owning the design elements and contributing to overarching design topics
  • Drive discovery work in collaboration with the product team (PO/Dev/Design triangle)
  • Plan and conduct user interviews, validate ideas, and present UX and UI concepts to stakeholders
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring a user-centered approach
  • Collaborate with engineering, hand off designs, and ensure seamless implementation
  • Contribute to and strengthen our design system, aligning with our design values
  • Identify challenges in the customer journey and develop new solutions to improve the status quo

About You

We are looking for a seasoned UX/UI Designer with 5+ years of experience, working in product teams with a product triangle setup. You should have highly developed design skills, demonstrated in your portfolio, with broad know-how in user-centered design.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer
  • Highly developed design skills, demonstrated in your portfolio
  • Ability to identify user needs, interpret qualitative and quantitative results, and break down complex scenarios
  • Strong communication skills, able to demonstrate the added value of user-centered design
  • Team player, taking responsibility and shaping the culture of the UX/UI Design Team
  • Passionate about climate action and making a positive impact
  • Comfortable using design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of German is a plus
