About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Lawyer to join our international team at Kyndryl España, S.A.U.. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the purchase of IT services and analyzing legal matters related to IT contracts with vendors in Europe and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and advise on all types of legal matters in connection with IT contracts with vendors in Europe and the Middle East.
  • Negotiate IT contracts as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Support procurement purchases in the IT services industry.
Requirements
  • Law degree in any European country.
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience as an in-house lawyer or as an attorney at law.
  • Contracting and negotiation expertise.
  • Experience working in an international team and on English language contracts.
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (C2 level in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Admission to the local Bar (Spain).
  • Experience with different commodity types in the field of IT transactions (e.g., software, hardware, Cloud services).
  • Experience with negotiating client agreements in the IT sector.
  • Additional relevant qualifications (e.g., LL.M. in IT/IP or Privacy Law) or further Bar admissions.
  • Advanced knowledge of other European languages, allowing understanding and negotiating of contracts in those languages (B2 in European Language Framework).
