We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Software Engineer to join our team at Clarivate. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing quality software solutions that effectively satisfy business functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement quality software solutions that effectively satisfy business functional and non-functional requirements
  • Adhere to and contribute to the Clarivate coding standards for excellence and industry best practices regarding the development processes
  • Work closely with the team and share responsibility for keeping time commitments
  • Actively participate in group improvement activities and initiatives to improve processes and product quality
  • Continuously lead the improvement and innovation of our software development processes
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced software engineer who has a strong background in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component development. You should have good skills in developing software following best practices and be eager to develop skills in the fields of architectural patterns and clean code.

You should also have a good understanding of working around Salesforce limits by using asynchronous/batch processing and good knowledge of GIT based source-driven development. Additionally, you should have creativity, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn new things, as well as an agile mindset and the ability to work in a team.

A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace is also essential. You should be able to adapt to a fast-paced, continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.
