Job Title: Digital Project Manager and Scrum Master

We are seeking a Digital Project Manager and Scrum Master with a passion for building products based on data for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze Customer Needs: Partner with cross-functional teams and customers to turn insights into delightful products in a creative environment that requires proven leadership skills and the ability to execute a creative vision.
  2. Identify New Opportunities: Analyze customer needs and write a scope for the project, identify new product improvement opportunities, and stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
  3. Lead Teams: Lead teams in order to build new products, keep customers informed of product development status, and modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
  4. Collaborate with Engineers: Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes, and test new products.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience: 2 years proven experience in a similar position.
  2. Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish; Italian and English will be a plus.
  3. E-commerce Experience: Experience in e-commerce web development projects.
  4. Customer Focus: An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious.
  5. Technical Knowledge: Some knowledge of UX, software development, and digital analytics.
  6. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead projects with cross-functional team members, collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback, and effectively communicate in both English.
  7. Creative Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills.
  8. Support to Engineers: Provide assistance to product engineers when needed, and recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques.

Preferred:

  1. Education: Degree or Master related to Product/Project management.
  2. Wireframing Tools: Strong knowledge of wireframing tools.
  3. Certifications: Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, etc.
  4. Shopify Experience: Specific Shopify experience.
