Job Overview:

As a Strategic Indirect Buyer at Eosol Group, your main responsibility will be to procure indirect products and services essential for our wind energy projects. You will collaborate closely with our suppliers to negotiate advantageous terms and guarantee the timely acquisition of goods and services. Your primary objective will be to maximize value for Eosol Group while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage intricate tasks related to Indirect Expenditure concerning Intellectual services such as Consulting, Engineering, Certification, etc.


• Foster and enhance relationships with internal business partners as a key account.

  • Proactively identify needs through ongoing communication.
  • Comprehend the challenges faced by your business partners.
  • Focus on providing solutions.
  • Gather budgets and specifications.
  • Engage in development initiatives.
  • Streamline and improve shared processes.


• Take a leadership role throughout the procurement process and strategy formulation.

Define the pace at each stage and serve as a continuous link between internal and external business partners during negotiations.


• Optimize global costs through innovation, negotiations, identification of cost drivers, management of working capital, and process enhancements. Demonstrate the ability to manage Total Cost of Ownership and look beyond the purchasing phase.


• Optimize the supplier base. Maintain relationships with preferred suppliers, source new suppliers, and drive towards a pragmatic and optimized Internet of Things (IoT) of suppliers.


• Lead the process until contract execution and assist the Tactical purchasing team with Purchase Order creation. Present the contract to internal business partners and follow up with contract management. Keep the pricing database current.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, ideally within the wind energy sector.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities and the ability to cultivate relationships with suppliers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
  • Familiarity with procurement best practices and industry trends.
  • Fluency in German is essential.
