Multimedia Brand Manager

Join Starcom Melbourne, a world-renowned media communications agency, as a Multimedia Brand Manager. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our luxury, gaming, banking, and FMCG clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and internal teams, driving project advancement and campaign success.
- Supervise a team of Account Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare and present client progress meetings and presentations, showcasing strategic insights and market knowledge.
- Conduct business reviews, analyzing client performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- 4+ years of experience managing advertising clients, demonstrating a client-centric approach.
- Effective time management, impeccable organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital communication channels and tools, including Google Analytics, Kantar, and Infoadex.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a growth mindset and passion for marketing and brand communications.
