- Oversee and review financial reporting, analytical accounting, treasury forecasts, and other requested information from clients.
- Lead and coordinate team efforts to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members.
- Organize resources effectively to meet client requirements.
- Participate in the recruitment process and make strategic hiring decisions.
- Monitor team performance and project profitability.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Center of Excellence and partners and colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and taxation.
- 8-10 years of experience in a multinational corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision) and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in French and proficient in English.
- Exceptional prioritization skills with the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Permanent, full-time employment (Monday to Friday).
