About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solar PV Engineer to join our Power Systems department as part of the Ramboll Group A/S team. As a Senior Solar PV Engineer, you will play a key role in developing solar PV solutions for clients who require technical excellence, efficiency, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert Solar PV advice and guidance to clients, either on-site or remotely.
  • Perform design studies on Solar PV systems, including yield analysis, layout optimization, and tender specification writing.
  • Support project management for consultancy projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Stay in close contact with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Draft scopes of work and execute projects with suppliers and contractors.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Solar PV Engineer with a strong technical background and a proven track record in designing utility-scale solar PV plants. You should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Civil or Electrical), Renewable Energy, or a related field.

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in designing utility-scale solar PV plants.
  • Experience with PVSyst, PVCase, AutoCAD, or similar software.
  • Fluent English language skills, with Danish language skills a plus.
  • Understanding of various government and utility programs, such as Feed-In Tariffs, Net Metering, and Net Billing.
