About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Zone Manager to join our team at Air Liquide Healthcare Iberia. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving commercial objectives in your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Development
Develop and manage a portfolio of clients to increase revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Contract Management
Maintain and develop existing contracts, as well as prepare and negotiate new contracts with clients.
- Market Analysis
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Competitor Intelligence
Monitor and analyze the products, services, and actions of competitors to stay ahead in the market.
- Commercial Policy Implementation
Implement short and medium-term commercial policies to drive business growth and development.
- Client Relationship Building
Establish and maintain relationships with local prescribers, hospital management, and other key stakeholders to promote our services and products.
- Financial Management
Work closely with the Revenue and Credit team to achieve financial objectives and manage client relationships.
- Compliance and Quality
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and IMS policies and regulations.
Requirements
- University degree (at least a diploma or technical engineering level).
- Commercial experience (sales, marketing) of at least three years in the sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in medium-high systems (Excel, Power BI, Analysis).
- Valuable: Intermediate-high level of English.
