**Job Summary**
Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the development of our Fresh Supply Chain Programs for Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business decisions, improving existing processes, and influencing technical teams to develop tools that will shape the future of our Fresh operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement supply chain project management strategies for Fresh in Spain.
- Drive process improvement opportunities, focusing on efficiency and scalability, and collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and operations teams.
- Manage senior stakeholders from various teams, including retail and tech, and influence others to achieve business objectives.
- Manage large-scale data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Define the strategy for the Fresh supply chain for the next years, leveraging insights from other countries, businesses, industries, and competitors.
**Requirements**
- Multiple years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or project management, preferably with a strategy consulting background.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills, with a strong ability to drive data-driven arguments.
- Experience working with complex data sets and a business-focused mindset.
- Proven track record of taking ownership, driving results, and implementing ideas in a fast-paced online environment.
- Highly analytical, flexible, and results-oriented, with a strong ability to work strategically and think big.
