Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Workplace Service Analyst to join our team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our diagnostic facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Technical Support and Troubleshooting

Provide technical assistance and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure seamless operations.

Workplace Systems Management

Manage and maintain workplace systems, including computers, printers, and telecommunication devices, to ensure optimal performance.

Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Service Ticket Management

Monitor and respond to service tickets in a timely manner, ensuring quality resolution and customer satisfaction.

Workplace Security

Assist with the implementation and maintenance of workplace security policies, ensuring a secure and compliant environment.

Collaboration and Assessment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address workplace technology needs, conducting regular assessments of workplace technology requirements and recommending improvements.

Requirements

  1. Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the healthcare industry.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems, familiarity with network administration and troubleshooting.

Soft Skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively, detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Availability

Availability to provide on-call support, if required.
