Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and talented Video Editor to join our creative team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing editorial and branded content for organic and paid social media and marketing. Your goal will be to create highly engaging, entertaining, and visually fresh content that excites our existing followers and attracts new ones.
Responsibilities- Edit highly engaging and entertaining video content for social media and marketing
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines to deliver videos as scheduled
- Supply your own ideas for original content and work with other team members to bring their creative ideas to life
- Work closely with analytics to develop best practices and help build a loyal and highly engaged audience
- Stay up-to-date with current market and social media trends
- Excellent video editing skills
- Familiarity with social media trends or viral topics
- Experience with content that's social-first around themes such as health and fitness is a plus
- Strong creative instincts and abilities when it comes to enhancing video footage
- Understanding of how business and creative can work together
- Good editorial judgment and taste
- Proficient with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other video platforms
