We are seeking a highly skilled License Producer to join our team at Importante empresa. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of licensed brands within our games, including negotiation, acquisition, and maintenance of licenses.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Management: Develop and execute strategies for the integration of licensed brands into our games, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and maintaining relationships with licensors.
- Project Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between internal development teams, external licensors, and other stakeholders, coordinating communication and workflow to ensure timely delivery of assets, approvals, and feedback.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the integrity of licensed brands throughout the development process, conducting regular reviews and quality checks to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with licensed content, including legal issues, brand conflicts, and reputational concerns, implementing safeguards and protocols to protect both the game and the licensed brands.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences related to licensed gaming content, utilizing market insights to inform licensing decisions and optimize brand integration.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance and impact of licensed brands within our games, analyzing player feedback, engagement metrics, and sales data to inform future strategies and maximize brand effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you will have a deep understanding of the production process and working with different teams, from technical to creative. You will have worked as a producer with licensed brands or both, for at least 1 AAA game.
