About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Consultant to join our team at Celonis SE. As a key member of our delivery organization, you will play a crucial role in accelerating our customers' digital transformation and driving our international expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate: Collaborate with our customers to identify process inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions to address their pain points.
  • Design: Develop data-driven process insights and actions, leveraging our Celonis technology to drive business value.
  • Implement: Conduct value creation workshops, align measures to improve process inefficiencies, and implement our Process Automation technology to speed up customer processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data-related languages (SQL required, Python a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and German.
  • Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
