About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Hogarth, a global content experience company, as a Trainee Project Manager. As a member of the Mygwork team, you will be part of an inclusive employer that values diversity, equity, and inclusion for everyone.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the production process and possible risks, adjusting to priorities and timelines.
  • Act as a point of contact between the creative agency/client and the production team.
  • Delegate tasks to the production team, ensuring the necessary resources for its development.
  • Monitor compliance with tasks and deadlines and successful delivery of final creatives.
  • Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
  • Assist in the development of briefs.
  • Ensure that the agency's work is in line with the client's briefing.
  • Communicate with the agency's executives to keep the project aligned with their goals.

Requirements

  • Student in the end year of Advertising or Marketing.
  • Possibility to sign an internship agreement with a university or official school.
  • High level of English (C1 or bilingual).
  • Previous experience in an accounts team is an asset.

What We Offer

  • Possibility of a 9-month internship.
