About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to physicians across the national territory, ensuring the optimal functioning of equipment.
  • Develop and present product presentations, showcasing the benefits and features of our medical solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide market information and support their efforts.
  • Analyze competitor devices and maintain our marketing database, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Train Field Service Engineers, customers, and colleagues on the use of new products, ensuring seamless adoption.
  • Act as a company ambassador, representing Abbott Laboratories with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary items for neuromodulation implants, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Develop knowledge of neuromodulation basics, including physiopathology, indications, and techniques.
  • Learn how to work effectively in a corporate organization, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive results.
Requirements
  • Relevant product knowledge and understanding of biological, medical, and physics sciences.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Abbott's field reporting data system and necessary correspondence and spreadsheets.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.

Education and Competencies
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as bioengineering or nursing.
  • High-level English proficiency (C1).
