We are in search of a seasoned accountant or controller to manage all facets of financial oversight, which includes accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget preparation, and forecasts, along with the formulation of internal control policies and procedures.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management:
- Oversee all accounting functions including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Cash Flow, and Revenue Recognition.
- Collaborate with the CEO to prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Generate timely monthly financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting and fiscal regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors.
Human Resources:
- Prepare and ensure compliance of contracts in collaboration with external support.
- Manage employee benefits.
- Apply Labor Law in conjunction with external assistance.
- Oversee HR Information Systems.
- Handle payroll processes.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Comprehensive understanding of GAAP.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with ERPs (preferably NetSuite) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong attention to detail.
