About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-stakes communication initiatives, fostering stakeholder engagement, and driving organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement communication strategies that support business transformation goals.
- Work closely with OCM leadership to ensure alignment with project sponsors and stakeholders.
- Develop compelling content for various channels, including internal communications, intranet, and print media.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven 7+ years of experience as Communications Lead or similar role leading communication strategies for business transformation.
- Strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple needs simultaneously.
- Certification in the Prosci change management methodology is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in both French and English is considered an asset.
- Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
