About the Role

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of a dynamic and independent team of brand ambassadors and product representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Representation: Live and breathe the Red Bull brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers.
  • Product Promotion: Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling to consumers at the right place and right time - competently answering any questions from consumers.
  • Campus Engagement: Build and execute a tailored and innovative campus plan which engages students and brings the brand to life at university.
  • Relationship Building: Create a strong network, establishing and maintaining relationships with key local individuals.
  • Social Media: Drive the brand engagement on your Social Media handles via authentic content.
  • Event Execution: Work at Red Bull events and supported events to help ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.
  • Sales Support: Build relationships with local sales account managers and ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlet.
  • Distribution: Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points for Red Bull within your university campus and beyond.
  • Executional Excellence: Deliver executional excellence and show love for the details in all areas of your role.
Requirements
  • Brand Enthusiasm: Be completely absorbed in the personal brand and company values and represent the brand in a first-class way through daily interactions with consumers and customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Expand the customer base by offering our products and promoting knowledge of Red Bull through sampling among consumers at the right time and place, while competently answering any questions from consumers.
  • Campus Plan: Design and implement a campus plan that is innovative and tailored to the needs of students and brings the brand to life on campus.
  • Relationship Building: Build a strong network, establish and maintain relationships with key local individuals.
  • Social Media: Promote brand loyalty through authentic content on your social media accounts.
  • Event Execution: Participate in Red Bull events and sponsored events to provide consumers with an unforgettable brand experience.
  • Sales Support: Establish relationships with regional sales representatives and ensure the availability and visibility of Red Bull in the sales market.
  • Distribution: Work with sales to create new distribution points for Red Bull on your university campus and beyond.
  • Executional Excellence: Ensure perfect execution of defined store standards.
